About the Role
The University of Oxford’s Astrophoria Foundation Year is seeking a dedicated Course Administrator to support the Foundation Year Course Leads. In this key administrative role, you will work closely with Course Leads across five subject areas—Chemistry, Engineering and Materials Science (CEMS); Humanities; Law; Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE); and Preparation for Undergraduate Studies (PUGS).
Your responsibilities will include managing admissions, teaching, and examination activities to ensure the smooth running of the programme. This is a full-time position, but applications from candidates seeking part-time arrangements to share the role are welcome.
