Job Opportunity: Administrator – Astrophoria Foundation Year

Location: University of Oxford, Wellington Square, Oxford
Salary: £31,459 – £36,616 per year
Job Type: Part-time | Full-time | Fixed-term contract (until 31 July 2028)


About the Role

The University of Oxford’s Astrophoria Foundation Year is seeking a dedicated Course Administrator to support the Foundation Year Course Leads. In this key administrative role, you will work closely with Course Leads across five subject areas—Chemistry, Engineering and Materials Science (CEMS); Humanities; Law; Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE); and Preparation for Undergraduate Studies (PUGS).

Your responsibilities will include managing admissions, teaching, and examination activities to ensure the smooth running of the programme. This is a full-time position, but applications from candidates seeking part-time arrangements to share the role are welcome.

The Astrophoria Foundation Year is a fully-funded one-year foundationarrange designed for UK state school students with exceptional educational possible who have experienced remarkable personal drawback or disturb, education.
