Key Responsibilities
The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director and Hotel Manager. The ideal candidate will thrive in a demanding environment while demonstrating flexibility, efficiency, and professionalism. Responsibilities include:
- Calendar Management
- Oversee an active schedule of appointments.
- Draft and prepare confidential correspondence.
- Maintain and update Outlook contacts.
- Project Coordination
- Lead and drive various projects assigned by the Managing Director and Hotel Manager.
- Travel and Expense Management
- Organize advance plan, guidebook, and calendar.
- Prepare approval forms and manage expense reports.
- Guest Relations
- Welcome guests and serve as a representative of Aman.
- Respond to questions and meet client requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- External Contact Management
- Maintain proactive communication with external contacts.
- Track and manage regular interactions with primary connections.
- Administrative Support
- carry out tasks such as set in print, filing, be in charge of invoices, and search official paper.
- Maintain organized executive files for easy access and reference.
Qualifications
To shine in this role, applicant must meet the following modification:
- Experience:
- Previous awareness of as a personal subordinate or administrative assistant at a top level.
- Skills:
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure, ever-changing environment.
- Very good written and abuse services ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional presentation and sensitivity to cultural nuances.
- Specialized Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Concur, Opera, and Birchstreet systems is highly preferred.
- Eligibility:
- Must possess the lawful valid to process in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
