Job Overview:
As a Business Growth Manager, you will manage a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients in the Priority Lounge, focusing on building and maintaining long-term relationships while driving business growth through various banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth:
- Manage the liability portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients, ensuring a total banking relationship of over PKR 5 million in current account balances or PKR 7 million in average savings account balance.
- Focus on deposit mobilization through existing clients and new-to-bank (NTB) customers to expand the branch’s business portfolio.
- Cross-sell the bank’s retail and consumer products, including Wealth Management, Consumer Finance, and Insurance products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to strengthen client relationships and foster customer retention and growth.
- Resolve discrepancies in the portfolio promptly, ensuring all issues are handled within the prescribed turnaround time (TAT).
- Network with existing and potential clients to build a strong client base.
- Conduct periodic visits to top-tier Priority customers to enhance loyalty and ensure long-term relationships.
- Review clients’ accounts regularly to manage deposit attrition and identify opportunities for product sales.
- Take action on gaps identified through SQ Reports, ensuring 100% compliance and follow-up.
- Maintain strict adherence to KYC/AML guidelines, account opening policies, SBP regulations, and the Foreign Exchange Manual.
- Cross-refer solutions from HBL to meet the present and future needs of Priority customers.
People Management:
- Lead and motivate the Priority Lounge staff, ensuring a high level of performance and team morale.
- Foster strong internal relationships with colleagues to facilitate smooth operations and collaboration.
- Ensure optimal customer service delivery to HBL Priority clients.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably an MBA or Master’s, from a recognized university.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
