Job Description:

• Maintain precise records of all financial deal connected to the traffic of valuable silver.
• Ensure obedience with both community and international investment reporting quality.
• Record daily financial activities, including purchases, sales, and inventory movements for metals such as gold, silver, platinum, and others.
• Monitor and track inventory levels of precious metals, ensuring accurate records.
• Regularly reconcile physical inventory with system data to ensure accuracy.
• Attach to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) ruling.
• File required reports to relevant authorities, including tax filings, customs documentation, and export compliance paperwork.
• Process payments to suppliers, ensuring accurate recording of invoices.
• Affair invoices to customer for free metal sales and adhere to magnificent payments.
• Accommodate bank statements with transaction account to continue correct financial reporting.
