We offer home care services in Leduc, Wetaskiwin, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Camrose, Ponoka, and surrounding areas. We value our caregivers and offer a variety of shifts from 4 to 12 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and conversation to clients.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
- Administer medication under nurse supervision.
- Assist with patient transfers using appropriate devices.
- Care for clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
- Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, and errands.
- Treat and care for aging adults and their property with respect and dignity.
- Communicate compassionately with clients.
Qualifications:
- Ability to speak and write in English.
- HCA Certification required.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
- Previous experience is an asset.
- Clear criminal record with vulnerable sector check.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Reference check required.
