What You Will Do:
The Billing and Customer Care Representative will be responsible for ensuring customers receive excellent service by managing inquiries, resolving billing issues, and providing clear communication. The role requires exceptional English-speaking skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Handle billing issues, process payments, and explain charges clearly to customers.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while managing customer complaints or escalations.
- Follow up proactively to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate system records.
Note:
This is a virtual (work-from-home) position requiring 8-hour shifts, five days a week, based on U.S. Eastern Time Zone from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., which corresponds to Pakistan time from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience communicating with native English-speaking customers (phone-based).
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately handle billing inquiries.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software and billing processes is a plus.
- Candidates with an accounting background (BBA, MBA, CA, ACCA, MS, BS) are required.
- Experience with QuickBooks (Online) is a plus.
