Job Description:
As a Business Development/Sales Manager, you will be responsible for researching and pursuing potential clients in targeted markets, driving leads to successful agreements. You will collaborate with design and sales teams to meet client requirements, maintain relationships with existing clients, and actively seek new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and pursue prospective accounts in targeted markets, converting leads into successful business agreements.
- Understand target markets, including industry trends, key contacts, and strategies to attract new clients.
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within your assigned area.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competition, and positioning to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proactively source new B2B opportunities by connecting with marketing/HR departments of businesses to offer staffing services.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead and 2+ years as a Sales/Marketing Manager.
- Sales & Management Background: Strong background in sales and management.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve problems and multitask effectively.
- Cold Calling: Comfortable with frequent cold calling.
- Leadership: Experience managing a team of at least 10-12 people.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different work cultures and environments.
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: Rs 80,000 – Rs 100,000 per month, plus commission (salary will increase based on personal and team performance).
- Monthly fuel allowance: Rs 5,000.

Shift Details:

- Education: Bachelor’s (Required), Master’s (Preferred).
- Experience: 3 years in Sales & Marketing (Required).
- Language: Fluent in English (Required).
- Relocation: Preferably based in Lahore or planning to relocate before starting.
