Job Description:
The IT Manager will lead a technical team, manage network/server infrastructure, and oversee large-scale IT projects. This role includes managing vendor relationships, maintaining cybersecurity, financial management (budgeting), and ensuring efficient service delivery. The position requires staying current with industry trends and guiding the technology roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in IT or related field
• 8+ years in technical roles (3 years in management)
• Systems Administration and IT certifications required (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+)
• Experience with network protocols, Windows OS, and enterprise applications
• Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills
