Overview:
Join accesso as a Production Support Engineer to maintain and support our backend applications, including Java services and interfaces. You’ll troubleshoot production issues, deploy updates, and collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical challenges. This role requires participation in an on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot Level 2 production issues in a Linux environment.
- Deploy low-risk production changes and monitor daily batch jobs.
- Provide timely updates on open issues and perform post-closure analysis.
- Collaborate with development teams on product-related issues.
Technologies:
- AWS, Java Microservices, MySQL (AWS Aurora), Atlassian Suite, DataDog, Microsoft Suite
Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL and Java.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Eager to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.
