Role Overview:

As a Project Finance Specialist, you will manage business development, identify investment opportunities, and support financing for projects in emerging markets. You will work with U.S. and foreign governments, businesses, and development partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development and investment strategy.
  • Build relationships with corporations, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Review projects for suitability and facilitate the investment process.
  • Manage project financing from origination to approval.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience at GS-14 level in international investments, financial transactions, and project finance.
  • Experience in sectors like energy, infrastructure, health, and small business.
  • Proficient in Spanish (Level 3+).
  • U.S. citizen, able to acquire a security authorization.

Additional Information:

  • Must be willing to relocate to Colombia and commit to a 3-year assignment.
  •  Complete good package, including paid leave, health (financial) protection, and stopping working plans.
