Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Sales Administration:
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team and help manage day-to-day sales tasks.
    • Handle sales enquiries and assist in processing orders.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Liaise with customers via phone and email to appreciate their needs and provide customize compound.
    • Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on quotes and sales requests.
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist senior sales executives by acting as an executive assistant and managing additional inboxes as needed.
    • Provide general customer service, including order processing and loading orders into the system.
  • Quote Management:
    • Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery of quotes to customers.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Sales Administration Experience:
    • Previous experience in a sales administration role or similar is essential.
  • Customer Service:
    • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on providing top-notch customer service.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency:
    • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, including Excel.
  • Organisational Skills:
    • Powerful organisational skills and the capacity to control multiple tasks adeptly.
  • Attention to Detail:
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all sales orders and customer communications are processed correctly.
