Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Align HR strategies with business goals to enhance employee engagement, optimize operations, and support growth.
  • Technology and Systems Management: Lead the implementation and optimization of HR technologies, including payroll systems and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors), to streamline processes and improve data-driven decision-making.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop advanced recruitment strategies, focusing on high-volume hiring and innovative sourcing methods to support rapid growth and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance: Ensure a positive and compliant work environment across global operations, managing employee relations and minimizing risk.
  • Data and Analytics: Provide insights through people analytics, using HR metrics to inform executive decisions and strategic planning.
  • M&A and Integration: Oversee HR due diligence, workforce integration, and cultural alignment during M&A, ensuring smooth talent onboarding and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in senior HR roles, ideally within the travel, hospitality, or luxury service industries.
  • Expertise in HR technology systems, payroll, HRIS platforms, and process automation.
  • Experience with M&A, including HR due diligence and post-merger integration.
  • Strong analytical, people management, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven approach to HR and proficiency in people analytics.
