Job Description
Paramount Vision Inc. is looking for a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining our eCommerce website, working on theme development, plugin customization, and website performance optimization. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing the website by customizing features, managing product offerings, creating sales funnels, and supporting SEO and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain WordPress websites.
- Design and customize themes and plugins to enhance website functionality.
- Ensure the websites are responsive and compatible across different browsers.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging WordPress technologies and trends.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, particularly WooCommerce.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders (e.g., Elementor).
- Strong knowledge of website architecture, UI/UX design, and web security.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and optimization techniques.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of hosting environments, DNS management, and website migrations.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party service integrations.
