About the Role

Join a dynamic team of over 60 remote Inbox Managers from across the globe in a fully remote, part-time role. As an Inbox Manager, you’ll take charge of your assigned clients’ inboxes, ensuring they reach and maintain inbox zero, and manage tasks related to communication, scheduling, and organization.

You choose your working hours (at the same time each day) Monday through Friday, allowing you to balance work with your personal commitments. With ongoing training, dedicated support, and performance bonuses, this role offers both flexibility and growth potential.


Key Responsibilities

As an Inbox Manager, your daily tasks will include:

  1. Inbox Management: Clearing clients’ inboxes to maintain inbox zero.
  2. Client Communication: Responding to emails and handling tasks like scheduling, customer service, newsletter creation, and team coordination.
  3. Personalization: Adopting the tone and language of each client to reply authentically.
  4. Proactive Assistance: Anticipating client needs and ensuring smooth inbox operations.

You’ll arrive with one customer during a 30-day paid economy time. As you grow into the role, more clients may be added to your portfolio, expanding your responsibilities and hours.


What We’re Looking For

  • Articulate in English with unusual written and spoken links skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on spelling and grammar.
  • Proficient in Gmail and Outlook.
  • Highly organized, tech-savvy, and quick to learn new tools.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a distraction-free environment.
  • Skilled at administrative tasks and comfortable with repetitive work.
  • A flexible writer who can adapt to different tones and styles.
