Role Overview:
You will evaluate, design, and implement new programs for scaling in global health. The role involves desk research, cost-effectiveness analysis, field assessments, and program piloting. You’ll work across teams to develop high-impact programs in health, nutrition, and WASH.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct desk research to assess potential programs.
- Design and implement in-country scoping and feasibility studies.
- Lead pilot program designs and scaling efforts.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in public health, research, or management consulting.
- Strong background in program design, cost-effectiveness analysis, and working with government partners.
- Experience working in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
- U.S. work authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary range: $66,100 – $74,000 per year.
