In this role, you will assist in content creation, manage key administrative tasks, and ensure all communications align with our brand’s voice and mission. Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and schedule engaging social media posts to enhance online presence.
- Write compelling copy for emails, marketing campaigns, and social media platforms that align with the brand.
- Design marketing funnels, landing pages, and opt-in forms for conversions.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for the executive team.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, and emails.
- Assist with email campaigns, event coordination, and other critical tasks.
- Maintain discretion and ensure confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, and social media management.
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Familiarity with tools such as GSuite, Monday.com, Canva, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
