Key Responsibilities:

• WordPress Website Development: Build and maintain SEO-optimized WordPress websites, focusing on keyword optimization to improve search rankings.
• Microsoft Office 365 Management: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Office 365 environments, including overseeing seamless migrations to M365.
• Cybersecurity Implementation: Implement security measures such as firewalls, data encryption, and secure access protocols to safeguard company and client information.
• System and Security Audits: Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve vulnerabilities, ensuring proactive security measures.
• Marketing Support: Manage automation workflows and funnel-building to enhance marketing and sales strategies.
• Remote Technical Support: Provide swift and effective technical support to the team, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal operations.
• Technology Assistance: Assist with system updates, software troubleshooting, and system integrations to maintain smooth operations.
• Optimize Productivity: Implement and manage digital tools and processes that increase team efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Show Skill in WordPress website development and SEO best practices.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and migrations.
• Strong background in cybersecurity practices, including network security, data encryption, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
• Experience with network security tools (firewalls, antivirus software, VPNs).
• Proficiency in sales funnel optimization, automation tools, and related platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strong aptitude for remote technical support.
• Proactive with strong communication skills to assist team members at varying levels of technical proficiency.
